Privacy Policy
BSS Corporate Psychology Services prioritises the management of the personal information we collect from you. This is done by both a fair and transparent manner and actively complies with the requirements and spirit of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) act 2000. This means that BSS adheres to the Privacy Principles which set the standards by which personal information is collected, stored, used and disclosed.
All personal information collected for the purposes of providing BSS's psychological and consultancy services is stored in a secure manner. On request, BSS will let clients know what sort of personal information we hold, for what purposes and how we use and disclose that information.
Clients may request access in writing to their personal information. An acknowledgement of the request (that will include any indication of anticipated charges) will be provided within 2 business days. If the client decides to proceed, the information will be supplied within 5 business days (when held by BSS) or 10 business days (when held by a contractor or associate of BSS).
BSS takes all reasonable steps to protect the security of all personal information held, be it stored in electronic or hard copy form, and it is not accessible to other users. All complaints under the Privacy Polciy will be treated seriously, confidentially and promptly.
