Employee Assistance Programs

All BSS EAP services promote employee wellness in the interests of supporting better workplaces and quality of life for employees and their families.

The counselling service provided by our EAP is:

•    Completely confidential
•    Voluntary
•    Staffed by professional and experience counsellors
•    Available for employees & immediate family members
•    Provided by the company at no cost to the employee
•    Available after hours for urgent issues

In the interests of proactively addressing issues of concern, BSS actively encourages employees to seek counselling at an early stage. This often prevents concerns from developing into a major problem.

Anyone who is not sure whether counselling can help their problem is welcome to telephone BSS to discuss their concerns before making an appointment.
